Prior to co-founding Overlay.TV, Rob held senior management positions at Tropic Networks, Marconi and Fujitsu.
Rob is passionate about creating and building new ideas and his background in marketing has given him a keen yet critical eye for spotting, not just trends, but the next big thing. It's this insight which led him to manning the helm at Overlay.TV.

As CTO, Tyler is responsible for the technical vision and direction of Overlay.TV, but is just as visionary when it comes to the creative aspects as well. Tyler, whose wife was responsible for planting the original seed for Overlay.TV, is always thinking about how to improve existing technologies and make them more user-friendly.
Prior to Overlay.TV, Tyler was a founding partner at CleanCode and the Chief Portal Architect for Vignette.
His dream is to one day live in a caboose in the desert, and pursue his other passion, art.

As VP of Products and Services, Nadav specializes in the marketing and management of web technologies and software development.
Nadav is vigilant when it comes to the quality and excellence of not only Overlay.TV as a product, but also of the Overlay.TV team, which he motivates and encourages every single day.
Prior to Overlay.TV, Nadav was a founding partner at CleanCode and the Managing Principal, VPS EMEA, at Vignette. Nadav is currently a PhD candidate in Computer Science at Birkbeck College, and is the one and only, never defeated, Zin Master.

As CFO, Gord brings over twenty years experience in global corporate finance and strategic business planning to Overlay TV.
Prior to co-founding Overlay.TV, Gord was CFO of TenXc Wireless and CFO of Tropic Networks Inc.
At Tropic he established the finance, IT, and administrative departments, ultimately raising over $150M US in private equity financing. He is a former recipient of the Ottawa Business Journal's Forty Under 40 Award for his commitment to professional excellence and contributions to the community. Gord is a 2nd degree Black belt in Karate, and you wouldn't know it, a darn good WoW player.

As VP of Business Development, Kevin brings over 15+ years of eCommerce and software sales where he has consistently exceeded sales targets and successfully managed and motivated organizations.
Before joining Overlay.TV, Kevin served as Vice President of Global Sales for Lumenera Corporation and President and CEO of OurSoftware Ltd.
In 2003 Kevin was the recipient of the Forty Under 40 award by the Ottawa Business Journal for his commitment to professional excellence and contributions to the community. Kevin is a world class skier and always manages to find the best deals on hotels.
